With over 20 years of experience in the telecom and IT channel, Roger has built a reputation for leading high-growth teams, launching scalable partner programs, and aligning go-to-market strategies with real-world business outcomes.
Before founding Infinite Solutions Group, Roger served as Chief Revenue Officer at Caliber Holdings and held executive leadership roles at Telarus, LVM, and VXSuite. Throughout his career, he has led transformative initiatives in areas like UCaaS, CCaaS, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics—always with a focus on empowering partners and delivering measurable value to clients.
